  2. You’re infringing/forcing this on other people’s rights and privacy. It is perverted for a man to use a woman’s restroom; do you not see a rape, molestation, peeping tom, or sexual assault lawsuit going to happen? Also, comments are censored and have to be approved to be posted on here, so this whole issue is biased and censored. No freedom of speech. Let’s see if you approve my comment. • Actually there are still plenty of gender segregated restrooms for people to use. I hear your concerns about sexual assault. In reality, sexual assault is less likely to happen in a gender neutral restroom. Also, the issue of sexual assault is a deep and systemic one that has not yet been solved by gender segregated restrooms, obviously, or we wouldn’t be having this conversation. unfortunately, bathrooms do not protect against sexual predators. This is because rape and assault stem from very deep rooted problems in our society. It is also important to realize that people who don’t seem to follow gender norms are also attacked and raped in public bathrooms or verbally harassed with a very high frequency, making bathrooms a scary place for them. We have to monitor the comments because sometimes they get spammed with unrelated material. We can also agree, I hope, that every man is not just a rapist waiting to happen and that being in close proximity to a woman is not going to make him so.
